The water line coming into our home had a leak which was costing us dearly on our water bill. We called numerous plumbers but Ritter was the only one to call back. They gave a us a very reasonable estimate so we hired them to fix the problem. They arrived on time, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves and charged us the quoted price. I couldn't have asked for a better experience considering the circumstances. I wouldn't hesitate to use Ritter again myself and will recommend them to my friends and family.
Our water main out front had a really bad leak... they were cheaper by $300-$500 compared to other local plumbers. They were available almost immediately for an appointment. Super impressed with how my yard looks! Can barely even tell they dug it up. They even replanted my flowers where they had to dig. I would definitely do business with Ritter again.
Must be very proud of their work. Quoted nearly three times what others did. Maybe they just didn't want to do it??
