I have attempted to contact the business at least 7 times to ask for someone to contact me concerning a plumbing job. No one has ever answered the phone, your call only goes to voice mail. No one has ever returned my calls after leaving my name, phone number and my plumbing issue. Twice I have called and received the message that the mailbox for Keith Plumbing is full and cannot leave a message. This indicates to me he has more work than he cares to handle or is not able to handle. I have never, never received a return call acknowledging my call and left messages.
