Faith and I want to thank Joe Marple and the entire Reichard Chevy team yesterday (October 9th) for the above and beyond with a great "family oriented approach" in welcoming us and taking care of us and getting us into our new Trax and for getting our trade in above what we thought we would be at. We have purchased cars all over the country in our military service, but, this was by far the BEST on our list in satisfaction. We were in and out in 3 hours from test drive to purchase. First time in 40 years of buying vettes, a Viper and CTS-V among others that a salesman, sales manager and owner made themselves personally present and involved on a deal. Wish I knew this dealer earlier in life. Very nice people as well as service and parts. Small town dealer caring, not like big dealers where you're just a number with no name the following month!
